There are a lot of Romance animes and I will list them for you. =D
1.Aishiteruze Baby-Its about a high school boy named Katakura Kippei who has to take care of his baby cousin, Yuzuyu Sakashita. Kippei falls in love with Kokoro Tokunaga who is also in love him him. Events happen between them and Yuzuyu.
2.Bokura ga Ita-It’s about a girl named Nanami “Nana” Takahashi who starts high school and she falls in love with Motoharu “Moto” Yano. They go out and then a love square happens. Yano and Masafumi “Take” Takeuchi like Nana. Nana likes Yano more than Take. Yuri Yamamoto likes Yano. Yuri is Yano’s later girlfriend’s younger sister.
3.Cardcaptor Sakura-Sakura Kinomoto has a duty to collect all the Clow Cards, but as she collects the cards that flew out of the book that she opened, she starts to compeite and battle with Syaoran Li. Sakura thinks she likes Yukito Tsukishiro, but as the show progresses she finds out she really likes Syaoran Li. Li starts to like Sakura, but Sakura is too thick headed to figure out.
4.D.N.Angel-It’s about a boy who transforms to a famous thief named Dark. Daisuke Niwa thinks he likes Harada Risa, but he actually likes his sister, Harada Riku. Risa falls in love with Dark, but Dark only liked Risa because she looks like her grandmother. Evens happen between the twins and Dark and Daisuke as the story progresses.
5.Fruits Basket-It’s about a girl named Tohru Honda who loves school’s “the prince” named Yuki Sohma, but as the story progresses. Tohru meets Yuki’s cousin, Kyo Sohma who falls in love with her. Yuki slowly starts to have feelings for Tohru as well and in the end it seems that Tohru still hasn’t figured out who she loves more, Kyo or Yuki. I’m a KyoXTohru fan XD
6.Gakuen Alice-It’s about a elementary school girl named Mikan Sakura who goes to Tokyo and goes enrolls in the school, Gakuen Alice, for the students with special abilities. Mikan meets Natsume Hyuuga who she at first hates, but then she starts to live him. Natsume who also slowly falls in love with Mikan, but doesn’t really show it a lot in the anime, bt in the manga it is. Ruka Nogi, Natsume’s best friend, falls in love with Mikan and then there’s a love triangle.
7.Happiness!-It’s about a girl named Haruhi Kamisaka who was saved by a boy who could use magic and ever since then she started to learn magic and plan to meet him again. On White Day, Haruhi meets Yuma Kohinata who she suspects is the boy who she met when she was little, but sadly she found out he stays in a regular school. When a accident happens in her school she starts schooling with Yuma and his friends.
8.Itazura na Kiss-It’s about a girl named Kotoko Aihara who is in love with Naoki Irie. She thinks he’s a jerk, but when she finds out she has to live with him and his family for a few days, she freaks out. Irie and Aihara’s relationship progresses greatly along the anime.
9.Kaitou Saint Tail-It’s a girl named Meimi Haneoka during the day, but Kaitou Saint Tail at night. Meimi and Daiki Asuka have tons of problems together, but they soon resolve it. One day when Asuka was thinking deeply he found out he liked Meimi, but he didn’t know that she was Kaitou Saint Tail. Kaitou Saint Tail is the person that Asuka plans to capture.
10.Kamichama Karin-It’s about a girl named Karin Hanazono who meets a boy named Kazune Kujyou and his “cousin”, Himeka Kujyou. The three of them begin to live with each other, but tons of problems start to happen. Kazune has always loved Karin even before he met her since he’s actually from the past same with Karin. The anime is really confusing unless you read the manga.
11.Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne-Is about a girl named Maron Kusakabe during the day and Kaitou Jeanne at night. She meets a guy named Chiaki Nagoya who pretend to like her at friend, but suddenly falls in love with her. Chiaki is also known as Kaitou Sinbad during the night.
12.Kodomo no Omocha-Its about actress named Sana Kurata who has many problems with Akito Hayama. When Sana has something against Hayama, he listens to her. They were really close together until they entered middle school. They tried to continue hanging out with each other, but when Sana went away to star in a move; her best friend, Fuuka Matsui, makes a move on Hayama and they go out. Sana then feels sad so she goes out with her childhood friend who is also an actor named Kamura Naozumi. When Sana comes back Naozumi breaks up with Sana and Hayama broke up with Fuuka.
13.Pretear-It’s about a girl named Himeno Awayuki who meets a “pervert” named Hayate. When she finds out Hayate is actually there to help her she freaks out and relies on his friends. Hayate tried not to get too close to Himeno since the last pretear turned evil because he didn’t return her feelings. Himeno and Hayate become really close later and they start to like each other.
14.Shakugan no Shana-It’s about a girl named Shana who encounters a special torch named Yuji Sakai. A love triangle begins between Shana, Yuji and Kazumi Yoshida. Yoshida tries too hard to make Yuji like her, but its pretty obvious he and Shana have a deeper bond between them than him and Yoshida.
15.Shugo Chara-It’s about a girl named Hinamori Amu. Well…there’s a lot of people who start to like Amu. There’s Ikuto Tsukiyomi, Tadase Hotori, Kairi Sanjou and Seiichirou Suzuki. Amu likes only 2 of the 4 who like her. There’s Ikuto and Tadase. If Amu doesn’t end up with Ikuto I’ll probably jump off a cliff.
16.Vampire Knight-Yuuki Cross likes a vampire named Kaname Kuran. Kaname treats Yuuki as a little sister. Yuuki likes Kaname only cause he saved her from a vampire ten years ago. Yuuki cares a lot about Zero Kiryuu. He likes her.
